Teacher, i have been studing present perfect, when i read the use for this time, I think that we used it for an action in the past that didn't stop and continue in the present, or is that the action stoped or take a break and nex continue now?
other question is that when I saw the examples of for and since, it said that in for is "for a week", and in since is "since last week", so it sound me very iqual so i want to know the especific diference.
I really like this blog because it has examples very clear, and the games was fine, but the first link didn't open me.
    thank you theacher.
Ex: she has done a new diet for a week. =)

    1. Vito, the action in present perfect takes a long time and is a present action it doesn´t stop, for is for a period of time and since is when you take into account the exactly moment when the action took place
